I was really happy with YOPA overall, really professional and available when I needed them. We had Jonathan come to the property to value it, take photographs and list it. Then Angela for our viewings and all the communications between us and the buyer. Angela was phenomenal! Always on hand and helping whenever we needed it, which was a lot! My only criticism of YOPA would be the recommended solicitor through them. I wish we hadn’t done this and done our own research and found a company. Unfortunately the firm we had were terrible and having read reviews afterwards, I would never have instructed them independently. But this was no reflection on Andrea at all, she was brilliant. I would sell with YOPA again.
